If any of our products arrive damaged or seem not as represented, please notify us immediately and not beyond 10 days of receipt. We will arrange for return, refund, or credit, depending on the situation.
If you wish to return any products that are not damaged and are as represented, please contact us within 10 days of receipt for return authorization. Please note we do not pay for return shipping in this case and must charge a 10% restocking fee.
Only products as received will be considered for return or replacement. Any products that have been altered in any way, including planing (not recommended under any circumstances), shaping, or otherwise worked on, are not eligible for return.
In the rare event that wood arrives damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately. Save all package materials and send us photos.
