The UPS shipping fee is determined by the weight and primarily dimensions of each box.
Note: Shipping more than one item per order is more cost effective as it splits the per item shipping cost.
We attempt to ship all orders the same day or the day following receipt of full payment.
Your Guarantee
If any of our products arrive damaged or seem not as represented, please notify us immediately and not beyond 10 days of receipt. We will arrange for return, refund, or credit, depending on the situation.
If you wish to return any products that are not damaged and are as represented, please contact us within 10 days of receipt for return authorization. Please note we do not pay for return shipping in this case, and must charge a 10% restocking fee.
